CYWater invites registered users to submit one original association logo through September 30, 2026. A separate voting activity follows; eligible designs confirmed as finalists receive one year of Professional membership and advance to Board selection. Every valid entrant receives Student membership through December 31, 2026. The Board-selected design receives two years of Professional membership after the required rights and final-file handoff is accepted. Rules at a glance
- One design file per verified registered user.
- PNG, JPEG or WebP, maximum 5 MB. Only the logo design itself is required at this stage.
- Participation reward: Student membership through December 31, 2026, applied automatically without shortening or replacing a higher existing benefit.
- Finalist reward: eligible designs confirmed as finalists after voting receive one year of Professional membership.
- Board-selected design reward: Two years of CYWater Professional membership.
- Entrants retain non-winning work. Submission grants CYWater a limited license to review and display the entry for this call and voting.
- The Board-selected entrant must complete CYWater’s winning-design rights assignment and provide production-ready scalable or high-resolution files before official use and reward fulfillment.
After submissions close, a separate voting activity will be held for verified registered user. Its dates, ballot procedure and tie handling will be announced separately, and only eligible designs approved for voting will appear there.
